Patricia is a Certified Coach, specializing in Transition. She is the author of Power Within Her. Patricia is a leader and educator of self-worth and personal growth and speaks about the importance of building who you are from the inside out.

Patricia spent years trying to fill a void inside her. What she discovered was that she was what was missing in her life. She has worked to re-establish who she is and shares the tools she used to re-discover the person who lives inside.

Patricia started her journey by speaking to students about the effects of bullying. She mentors and coaches women who struggle with feelings of lost identity and loneliness.

Her journey also includes many years of counseling incarcerated men and women who struggle with their past, the present and the future.

Today, Patricia’s passion is helping women by sharing all she has learned. She does this through her book, Master Focus Groups, speaking engagements and individual and group coaching.
